Exhibitor’s Handbook:

The Exhibitor’s Handbook is divided in 2 sections: Operations and Marketing.

Reading this Handbook in full by Exhibitors is of vital importance to their participation, since it gives detailed information about the event's physical structure and services, as well as details on Marketing and Promotion activities to achieve joint success.

Forms:

There are two types of forms: Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Forms.

Mandatory Forms: They are essential for your correct participation at the event. Their completion and submission at the specified date are of vital importance. The information you fill in is related to the needs and technical aspects of your stand, the event´s catalog, and other Marketing actions.

Form 1 – Registration at Official Catalogue Vencimiento 18 de abril
Form 2 – Construction Permit Vencimiento 18 de abril
Form 3 – Application for Electricity Consumption & Water and Drainage Vencimiento 18 de abril
Form 4 – Credentials for Exhibitors / Stand Personnel / Assembly & Disassembly Vencimiento 02 de mayo

Non-Mandatory Forms: These forms contribute to the spreading of your company both in our website as well as in major newspapers sections and articles in magazines publishing information about ALUVI 2011.

Important:

No handwritten documents will be accepted.

Once the date established in each Form is due, it will not be considered and Exhibitors will have no claim possibility in case they do not appear in the Official Catalog or in the event that some of at the Stand are not covered.

Compliance of the terms set forth in the Forms and knowledge of the Exhibitors’ rights and obligations are essential to ensure the event’s success and peace.
